Acceptance

By creating a family account or using Adventureful, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older may create an Adventureful family account. Children under 13 may use the service only as profiles within a family account that an authorised parent or guardian has created on their behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harm, exploit, or collect information about other families
• Attempt to access another family's data, profiles, sessions, or rewards
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically abuse the service
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or harassing content
• Use the service for any commercial resale without our written permission

Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a risk to other families. You may close your account at any time; data deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Service "As Is"

Adventureful is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice and, where required, will need renewed agreement before continued use.
